Lost access to your authenticator?
If two-factor authentication is enabled, you still need an enrolled authenticator after using your password or an email sign-in code. A password reset does not turn off two-factor authentication.
If you have another enrolled authenticator, use it to finish signing in. If you are still signed in and can use your current authenticator, you can review your authenticators under Manage authenticator.
There is currently no automated lost-authenticator recovery or authenticator backup-code feature in Callback. An emailed password-recovery code does not replace an enrolled authenticator. Contact support to explain the problem. Support cannot remove an authenticator based only on an email message or a password reset. A reviewed lost-authenticator recovery process is not yet available, so account restoration is not guaranteed.
Before enabling two-factor authentication, keep access to your authenticator app and follow that app's backup guidance. Adding another authenticator is optional. Never send support your QR code, setup secret, password or sign-in code.
Password and email access
Use Forgot password on the account page to request an eight-digit email recovery code. Enter the newest code on Callback, complete your authenticator check if enabled, then choose a new password. If the page was refreshed before verification, enter your email and choose Use a recovery code to resume without sending another email. A code can only be used once. Refreshing after verification does not preserve permission to change a password.
Email sign-in codes and authenticator codes are different. Use the eight-digit code from your newest sign-in email for email sign-in, and the six-digit code in your authenticator when asked for two-factor authentication.
Sign out of this browser ends this browser session. Sign out everywhere also requests revocation of Callback device access. Offline access can last up to 15 minutes; already issued access tokens are not instantly invalidated.
Request account access, correction or deletion
Contact support from the email address associated with your Callback account and describe the request. Do not include passwords, codes, secrets, identity documents or customer records in the initial message. Support will need to verify your authority before taking action.
The email link below starts a request; it does not automatically export, change or delete an account. Self-service account deletion and email change are not available. Hosted-account deletion is not yet implemented, and support cannot confirm deletion until the requested scope and provider outcomes have been verified.
When account export is enabled, Download account data provides the hosted records included in that feature; it does not delete anything. Export is currently limited to approved isolated tests. Your website account, local app records, saved exports and third-party provider records are separate. Tell support which information your request concerns. Deleting a website account does not by itself cancel a subscription, refund a payment or remove records held separately by a provider. Tell support separately if you also need billing help. Any request must be assessed against the information actually held and applicable requirements; this page does not promise deletion of every copy or a particular retention period.
