Callback is in development. Purchase and live messaging are unavailable. Paid-service policies below describe the approved planned subscription; they do not activate billing or unverified app controls.

No payment, subscription or agreement can be created on this page. There is no payment form, billing endpoint or active checkout. This page presents the approved planned billing disclosures for review.

Plan and renewal

Basic is $39.99 USD per month and is planned to renew monthly until cancelled before renewal. Twilio costs are separate. Tax handling and the final charge total are not configured; nothing is charged. Pro is provisional at $49.99 USD/month, its benefits are undecided and it cannot be selected or purchased.

Seller and contact

The seller is Matthew Baumli, an individual. Support, cancellation and refund requests: vulnarity@gmail.com. No operational billing portal exists yet.

Refunds and cancellation

The first subscription payment is refundable when requested within 14 days. Cancel before renewal to stop future subscription charges. Routine prorated renewal refunds are not offered, except billing errors or applicable legal rights. Twilio charges are separate, are not refunded by Callback and do not stop automatically when Callback is cancelled. See the full refund and cancellation policy.

Records after paid access ends

The approved paid-service policy stops paid send/sync at paid-period end and retains local records for reading and export. No automatic local deletion occurs. Deletion is a separate confirmed choice and does not erase Twilio-side copies, exports or backups. Production billing and trusted entitlement enrollment remain unconfigured. A confirmed local deletion workflow is implemented in the private development build, not a publicly released installation. It removes customer/job content but retains settings, legal/subscription audit and pseudonymous safety records; exports, backups and provider copies remain. It requires a fresh verified export, typed confirmation, disconnected Twilio and resolved uncertain sends. See privacy and data for the full scope.
