Terms and license
Callback is in development. Purchase and live messaging are unavailable. Paid-service policies below describe the approved planned subscription; they do not activate billing or unverified app controls.
Seller and availability
Callback is provided by Matthew Baumli, an individual. Contact vulnarity@gmail.com for support, cancellation, refund or privacy requests. Callback is in development and is not available for purchase. These published terms describe the approved terms for the planned paid service; visiting this site does not start a subscription or accept a recurring charge.
License and plans
Basic is a $39.99 USD monthly Windows software subscription for organizing inquiries, customer and job details, quote records and follow-ups. The paid license is a non-exclusive right to use the app for your business during the subscription, subject to the cancellation and retained-record access policy below. Software ownership is not transferred. Your customer content remains yours. Pro is provisional at $49.99 USD/month, has no defined additional benefits and cannot be purchased.
Renewal and separate costs
The planned Basic subscription renews monthly until cancelled before renewal. Twilio services are billed separately to your own account. No payment is accepted here. An operational billing and cancellation process, tax treatment and final charge total must be available before paid checkout opens. See billing disclosures and the refund and cancellation policy.
Service boundaries
The current app runs locally on Windows. The development integration supports manual replies and retained message-history sync through a separately connected customer-owned Twilio account. Live messaging is not activated or carrier-tested for the public preview. Polling and local follow-up visibility depend on the app being open; catch-up depends on history still retained by Twilio. Callback is not an always-on missed-call answering, automatic booking, calendar integration or MMS service. No lifetime updates, shared cloud inbox, unlimited team service or particular support response time is promised.
Your records and messaging
You control business content, recipients and the provider account. Obtain appropriate permission, identify your business, keep provider registration current and respect opt-outs. Safeguards do not create consent or guarantee delivery, account eligibility or compatibility with every phone number. See messaging responsibilities. The seller remains responsible for its own app and data practices. Keep your Windows account, device and readable exports protected; ordinary business records and drafts are not application-encrypted. See privacy and data.
After cancellation
The approved paid-service policy stops paid send/sync when the paid period ends and retains existing local records for reading and export. Cancellation does not automatically delete records. Local deletion is a separate confirmed choice and does not erase Twilio-side copies, exports or backups. Production billing and trusted entitlement enrollment are not configured. A confirmed local deletion workflow is implemented in the private development build, not a publicly released installation. It deletes customer/job content while retaining limited audit, settings and pseudonymous safety records. See the privacy notice for the exact scope, required safeguards and copies that remain.
Rights and support
No customer-retention result, revenue, uninterrupted operation, provider approval or universal number compatibility is guaranteed. Mandatory legal rights remain intact. Contact vulnarity@gmail.com about a problem or dispute.
