Are these live customer records?
No. The screenshots use fictional test records from the actual development app.
Does a follow-up date send a message?
No. It adds an item to your in-app queue. You choose the next action.
Can I use my existing business number?
Number eligibility, porting, forwarding, and same-number texting need separate provider confirmation. Compatibility with an existing mobile number is not guaranteed.
